Our project stands for pure food, holistic processing and future concepts cooked and presented in a surprising way. The ingredients - whether meat, fish, fruit or almost forgotten vegetables - come directly from small producers in the Hamburg area.

Factory members always receive a 10% discount.

Mondays to Fridays from 9.00 a.m. - 2.30 p.m.

Good to know

On Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays, PRITSCH comes with fresh croissants, tarts, French rolls & pretzel sticks.

On Tuesdays & Thursdays, ZEIT FÜR BROT drops by and supplies us with snails, chocolate and olive bars, raisin knots and a variety of bread.
