For us, brunch is more than just a late breakfast. It’s about bringing people together around one table while serving the very best our region has to offer. Our ingredients come from carefully selected local producers and reflect the diversity and quality of Northern Germany. Discover specialties from Lene’s Backstube, Frau Frucht, Hummer Petersen, Vanozza, and many more. By working closely with passionate producers, we not only support regional craftsmanship but also strengthen our local community. Every brunch at Gut Karlshöhe is an opportunity to come together, share good food, and experience genuine North German hospitality. The result is a buffet filled with exceptional flavours – and the stories behind them.
